Your dashboard lists every inbox, its note, every message and the plan you are on. The privacy page lists everything else we keep, such as your sessions and, if you pay, your billing record. Ask us and we will send you all of it.

Delete everything in the dashboard removes your inboxes, notes, messages and attachments at once. Backups keep a copy until they age out, within three months, and exist only to recover from a disaster.
The personal detail we hold is a login email, and only if you gave one. Write to us and we will change it. Billing details live with Lemon Squeezy, which takes the payment.
To run the service you asked for, and to keep it working and safe. We do not process your mail for any other purpose and we do not sell it.
For your plan retention window, then a scheduled sweep deletes it. Free is 7 days, Pro is 30 days, Max is 90 days. Backups age out within three months.
If you think we handled your data badly, write to us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
