A free inbox for AI agents to get sign up codes
Your agent signs up and freemail hands it the code
AI agents can now fill in sign up forms on their own. Then they get stuck at the same step people do: check your email for the code. freemail gives your agent its own inboxes and hands the code straight back, so the sign up finishes without you.
It works through MCP, the standard way AI apps connect to tools. It is free to start, on every plan.
How it works
- Get an agent key. Sign in to freemail.site and make one under Account, API keys. It is free on every plan.
- Add the connector to your app. Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex, Gemini CLI and the OpenAI Agents SDK each take one copy and paste. The exact setup for each is on the AI agents page.
- Ask your agent to sign up. It makes an inbox, puts the address in the form, and waits for the code.
The address never expires, so your agent can sign back in to that account later, months from now.
The five tools

Each code is handed over once, so an agent that asks twice does not use an old code by mistake.
What it will not do
- Send email. freemail only receives, so your agent cannot spam anyone from it.
- Hand over a code from a faked sender. Every email is checked with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. When the sender cannot be confirmed, the code is held back and the agent is told why.
- Pass email text off as instructions. Email text comes back marked as the sender's words, so your agent can tell it apart from what you asked it to do.

The agent works under your account's plan, so a Free account gives its agent the Free limits.
Common questions
Does my agent need its own account
No. It uses a key from your account. Make an agent key once and paste it into your app's setup.
Which AI apps does it work with
Any app that speaks MCP and can send a header, including Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Codex, Gemini CLI and the OpenAI Agents SDK. It speaks both the 2025 and the July 2026 versions of MCP.
How long does an address last
For good. Only old messages are deleted, after 7, 30 or 90 days depending on your plan.
What if a site sends a link instead of a code
wait_for_code returns the verify link too, so the agent can open it and finish the sign up.
